Jeremiah Jaspon has dedicated his practice to helping people injured in car crashes and other accidents. He understands how a serious injury can disrupt a person’s health, work, finances, and family life.
His approach is built around direct communication, careful case preparation, and personal responsibility for every claim the firm accepts. Clients do not have to work through layers of case managers to reach the attorney handling their case.

Paralegal
Yvette earned her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Houston and joined The Jaspon Firm in August 2013. Born in Taiwan, she is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
Her responsibilities include assisting Chinese-speaking clients, responding to intake calls, managing cases, and supporting Jeremiah Jaspon and other members of the firm. Outside the office, Yvette enjoys watching movies and reading.
Geraldine Lucus
Paralegal
Geraldine joined The Jaspon Firm in 2017. Born in Honduras, Central America, she is fluent in English and Spanish. She earned an associate degree in bilingual education from New Mexico State University in 2001 and a paralegal degree from Chattahoochee Technical College in 2004.
Geraldine has extensive experience assisting personal injury clients. She is committed to helping people through difficult circumstances and goes the extra mile to support the firm’s clients. Outside the office, she enjoys walking, hiking, bowling, and racquetball.
